Heinen’s Grocery Vendor:
Heinen’s Fine Foods (HFF) has identified your company as a valued grocery vendor and is requesting your participation with its Inbound Freight Management initiative.
This project involves your company reporting a summary of 2017 HFF purchased products shipped from your shipment locations, and delivered ONLY to HFF, Warrensville Heights, OH distribution center.
It is most important that you report summary information for each company you represent and that it is uniquely identified by vendor name and the assigned HFF vendor number.
The template includes a Letter of Authorization from HFF Executive Management requesting your participation. This letter identifies the contact person(s) for questions at both HFF and CT Logistics (CT), a 3rd party, Cleveland logistics service firm, that is coordinating this effort.
HFF and CT appreciate and thank you for your attentiveness to the details and timing of this request returning all completed templates no later than March 9, 2018.
