- Claims Management Technology - CT utilizes industry leading software, EZ Claim, for loss and damage claim for filing and reporting. This service is online, with complete visibility to CT and the Client. Information required for CT to file a Loss & Damage claim includes type of claim, carrier & BOL #, claim number, items to be claimed (quantity, part number, description, value, disposition of goods, copy of invoice, copy of BOL/Delivery receipt, contact information of person submitting claim).
- Transportation Management System (TMS) - SaaS delivered shipment execution platform that leverages carrier APIs to perform shipment rating, tendering, and tracking/tracing. CT’s TMS is used by multiple clients to manage LTL, Parcel and TL transportation including bill of lading generation and carrier performance reporting.
